I was very happy to find Dr. Goncalves after being told by another gynecologist that there was basically nothing that could be done to repair my pelvic organ relapse other than trying expensive lazer surgery that doesn't have a very high success rate and wasn't covered by my medical insurance. I was so relieved to hear from Dr. Goncalves that he could indeed repair my organs. He also made me aware that, as with any surgery, there can be risks but he felt I was a good candidate for the surgery he recommended. The surgery went very well and his follow up care was outstanding. I highly recommend him as a surgeon as he explained my procedure thoroughly and he stays very current with his knowledge. I also would like to say that his office staff, Annelien, is such a lovely person, kind and so friendly! If you need a gynecologist, Dr. Goncalves is the one to go to!😊
